Our Process
Leadership is a skill, and the higher your level of expertise, the more challenging it becomes. Growing as a leader requires feedback, self-reflection and fresh insights. Then it takes commitment and practice to turn new mindsets and behaviors into habits. We partner with you through every step of the process, to reach your goals and magnify your influence and your impact. Every leader’s situation and challenges are unique, but our coaching methodology generally follows these four stages:
Phase 1: Information Gathering and Goal Setting
Our work begins with assessing values, leadership style and potential derailers. We conduct interviews with your key stakeholders to get input on your specific challenges and opportunities. We study your organizational structure, culture and strategy. Then, we work with you to set specific and compelling goals.
Phase 2: Alignment of Stakeholders
Once the coaching goals are set, communicating them to your stakeholders becomes a key way to hold you accountable and actively involve your stakeholders in supporting your success.
Phase 3: One-on-One and/or Group Coaching
We meet regularly with you as we support and hold you accountable for following through on your commitments and accomplishing your goals. Along the way, we help you to identify new perspectives, insights, and solutions and translate them into new behaviors. And we check in periodically with your stakeholders to measure your progress.
Phase 4: Transition and Structures for Sustainability
As we celebrate your growth and accomplishment, we collaborate with you to create support and accountability structures to lock in your new mindset and behaviors. And we meet with you periodically to support your long-term success.
